I am convinced, based on my experience, that complete satisfaction is the goal of Upstep. I needed some adjustments after my first two pair of inserts. Through two rounds of corrections, including one manufacturing error, I have two pair of inserts, at no additional cost, which have made a great difference in my foot pain. Thanks for your customer oriented approach.

This company has amazing customer
This company has amazing customer service. My insoles were lost by the shipping company and they got me new ones within a week of them being lost. I am still currently breaking them in, but so far so good. Making the impression with the kit was super easy. It took a few months to make the insoles due to needing some special materials.
