This review is only on the ordering process since I haven’t received my mold yet. The ordering was very easy and the questions were on point. I feel confident that this product would work perfectly for me. I must add that I am very excited for this product since I have read great reviews.

Correspondence was good. They let me know the entire journey of my Upstep Orthotics. They took awhile to get but it was worth the wait. I didn't have to worry because they emailed me what was happening even when there was a delay.

Excellent Service

This company has amazing customer service. My insoles were lost by the shipping company and they got me new ones within a week of them being lost. I am still currently breaking them in, but so far so good. Making the impression with the kit was super easy. It took a few months to make the insoles due to needing some special materials.

The ordering process is easy, shipping fast, method brilliant, progress well communicated, and product received timely. However, the size was off by a centimeter. The process to correct errors does not mean starting over, and it was simple. They did some followup confirmations and quickly remade a new pair, at no cost. And I LOVE them. Easily worth the money.

Despite having to wait a while to receive my inserts, the staff was in constant email contact with me and also very responsive to any emails I submitted.

I had a lot of foot pain-beginning of plantar fasciitis (had it before from working on concrete), I went to Good Feet Store and thought they were wanting too much money for what they were selling. So decided to Google search, I ordered the 3 set of insoles from Upstep and noticed improvement after a week and now after 5-6 weeks my pain is gone. It used to be when I got out of bed my feet where sore for a while, now I have no pain. I will likely always use these for the rest of my life.
