This is not my first pair of insole. My first pair was three years ago by my podiatrist. The pair I just bought from Upstep seem to be slightly thinner. They are fine to wear.

I love the new inaerts has helped a lot with my foot issues.

Game changer is how I would sum up my review of my Upstep orthotics. I work 12 hour shifts and have been having pain in my heels for several months. As a healthcare provider I knew my problem was only getting worse because the over the counter supports relief time was getting shorter and shorter. I made an appointment and went to another provider after seeing their ads on TV and immediately realized the bait and switch once I was quoted the price. There is no way one should have to pay thousands of dollars for relief. With feet still hurting I went home and began to research online. This is where I found Upstep. The process seemed easy and the price was right but will it work I thought to myself. Well, I'm pleased to say that I am now completely heel pain free!! I took a chance and I am completely satisfied. After receiving my custom orthotics, I noted immediate relief. Although it was not total relief, I was amazed at the marked improvement. After about a month of use, I continue to receive further improvement. Obtaining the orthotics was affordable, easy to submit my mold, and received in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend Upstep before going to any other source of orthotics.

I am so grateful for Upstep commitment to comfort! I gave them specific feedback on my orthotics and they kept adjusting mine until they were perfect. No hassle replacements until I felt like I was walking on clouds. After the third try. It is such a relief to be able to hike 5+ miles and not have tender feet afterward.

The folks at Upstep aim to ensure a satisfied customer. My feet are a bit messed up, an the initial pair had some issues. The Upstep team addressed to issues and sent another pair, which fit fine, quickly. Once the reworked pair were approved, the second set were made and shipped, and they are proving their value. Foot pain has been significantly reduced, and walking and hiking are much more comfortable now.

I was surprised how easy the website was. Quick and very informative. I got regular updates and plenty of information from UPSTEP experts. Shipping was structured very well. I got my inserts very quick, about 10 days. The inserts fit great, just going thru a break in period. Basically 2 hours a day until my feet get used to them. I did check with the "other" competitor first before trying UPSTEP, but they were price prohibitive for a retiree. My purchase was well worth it!

So far I have done 2 long runs with these insoles and no sign of plantar fasciitis. They have support on the right spots. Great balance of sturdiness and cushion. A well done job!
