They work great. This was my 2nd order of upstep inserts. I got some for gym use and court use. I asked if they could add 2mm to my left insert because that leg is just a bit shorter. They said no problem and wow what a difference it has made!!

It took a bit to get use to the shorter length of the orthotic but because of my feet having surgery in the past they do work for me I am lucky

Up Step Normal Everyday Activity They are a bit thick which makes it difficult to get in and out of different footwear and putting feet into footwear. Would have preferred to be smooth slide worthy top as socks make it difficult to get foot in as it's sticking to the orthotic. I'm guessing the thickness qualifies for full support. However, once on, they are comfortable in most of my footwear. I think it's a matter of getting them worn in. Great feel in my sneakers but not my low boots. . . . yet! I still give them a high review as they are custom to my feet not my shoes. So maybe I need to find shoes that work with them. I have only had them about week, so time will tell! Website, shipping and selections are all great! Keeping the faith!

I finally received the inserts and I can say at this time they have made a difference in the extremely painful walking experience…. we will see how they do in a few weeks

I have had the inserts/insoles for a few days now and have used them everyday since. So far I really like them, they seem to be different (in a good way) from the two sets that were obtained through a chiropractor and podiatrist. Need to give them a few more weeks before being totally invested in them. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that these are the inserts/insoles of "all time" and if so I'll be ordering more of them.

I was skeptical but after trying for the first time they were great, comfortable and I could walk correctly again. Only reason for 4 stars is because I haven't used them long enough to give a 5.

This order is like my 5th or 6th pair. The typical podiatrist unappologetically empties you bank account for a single pair of othodicts. It is a wonderful thing to have a competent product that gets the job done at a price I can afford multiple pairs and not have to swap between shoes.

My new orthotics took to arrive -- and they are worth it! Really comfy and supportive, especially for hiking and fitness, just as I specified.

I like the Upstep insoles and they are available at a good price point. However, don't expect quick delivery. I've ordered twice in the last 6 months and it takes 6-8 weeks for delivery. They say part of that is design and production but regardless, they need to improve their internal processes and capacity.
