They work perfectly no complaints complete 100% support. Set up was perfect.

The insert is very lightweight, but effective. They feel strange at first but I am used to them and my walking is now mostly without pain. Not a cure, but I can resume my active walking and hiking.

I need some help selecting a sneaker that will fit my othotics, most sneakers have a arch support built into the sole of the sneaker, I have a high arch and this pushs into my orthotics and causes pain in my arch, can you recommend a sneaker/trail sneaker that has a flat sole and won't interfere with my orthotics?

When I first tried on my new inserts, I wasn't sure these were right for me. However, by slowly breaking them in as directed, I am amazed at the difference in my posture and foot comfort. Now, I love them and choose these over any other.
