I'm always on my feet at work and live a very active lifestyle. I solely (get it?) purchased these for fatigue at trade shows, but I've noticed the difference in the every day tasks. I wasn't aware that you can get them made thicker and will be ordering more shortly. Good stuff.

I like the insoles, they're very comfortable, like they were made just for me lol. The only thing is, I bought 3 pairs and only received one.

This is my 3rd day wearing my new orthotics. So far they feel comfortable and supportive to my needs. The real test will come in 2 weeks when I complete a 12mile hike after slowly progressing the wear time each day for an extended period of 5-6 hours.

Such an easy process for custom molded orthotics. So few companies provide this exact service. I had called a local DME company, got a referral and appointment to find that insurance does not cover these. His price was double the cost of UPSTEP. I would recommend this company over any company out there, including the foot mapping people. Without a mold of your foot, the orthotic will never be exact. I have worn molded orthotics for 20 years.

So far so good. one day in. we will see how the rest of the month goes

What can I say? Cost effective and Quality craftsmanship! I can make it through the day with Upstep orthodics! Customer service. . . Excellent!

I’ve had orthotics ordered from podiatrists for years. My Upsteps are the only inserts that support both my flat feet and my supination. The process was easy with frequent updates.

I wore them at Pickle Ball today and my feet felt great.

After wearing out my first pair of UpStep orthotics, I love my second pair even more! They were comfortable from the moment that I put them on and I've been wearing them every day since! I am a health care provider, and walk for exercise, so my orthotics get a lot of wear!

Everything was amazing, start to finish! The promptness with which I received the fitting kit was excellent and appreciate the way in which I was kept appraised of the progress in filling my order once I mailed the completed foot impressions. Ordered my insoles. The molds showed up like 3 days later. Followed the instructions. Answered a few questions as far as what kind of shoes the insoles were going to be used in. Mailed it back. I would say less than 3 weeks later insoles arrived. Placed them in my shoes. They recommended not wearing them more then 2 hours at a time. So a month later my feet feel great. I am walking better and would recommend them to anyone having feet or walking issues. Great job guys.
