So far, so good. I walk about 7 miles per day as a dogwalker & my feet feel great! I had been in great pain due to plantar fasciitis. Will be buying more!

The instructions were clear and the package arrived promptly. They were excellent about contacting me for any additional information. Most importantly, I love my new orthotics!

The process is quick and easy, takes 30 minutes tops to go through the questionnaire, take a few pictures of your shoes and order the impression kit. Custom orthotics delivered within about 3 weeks. Reordering is a breeze!

I have worn prescription orthotics for almost 50 years. Until recently, insurance has paid for them. The last time I tried to get them, my providers said insurance (Medicare) would no longer pay and the estimate was over $850. I decided to roll the dice and try Upstep. The orthotic arrived a couple of weeks ago and I was surprised at how well they seem to be made and how they were almost an exact match to my last prescription set. Since they were such a close match, I used them without the break-in period and I felt no difference, Time will tell about their durability but I am very pleased with the product, so far. When I inquired about getting a second pair, Mary offered me a discount code since I was getting them so soon after my initial purchase. Now, I have a back up pair on the way.

I've been using my new Upstep orthotics for just over a week and am feeling the difference! My foot pain started last summer and I got some athletic inserts from a running store, after they measured my feet and made a recommendation. They helped the plantar facitis a little, but I also suspect that they might have exacerbated the associated toe joint pain. At an appointment with a specialist that diagnosed the issues, the cost of one pair of custom orthotics was $504 as my insurance didn't cover them. I blurted out a mild swear word and left the clinic shocked. Went online and found Upstep, checked the reviews, and placed an order. Glad I made the decision to add a second pair for $100. All in, two pairs from Upstep cost quite a bit less than one pair through the clinic. I could tell how they were orienting my foot position differently right away, and after consistent use I can feel a distinct improvement in the toe joint pain. A great purchase that exceeded expectations!

Other than the delay in manufacturing due to high demand everything has been very professional and informative.

I've used Upstep twice now due to convenience and ability to get a quality product without having to find a specialist in my area. I can tell the difference when not using the product and grateful for the inserts.

I need some help selecting a sneaker that will fit my othotics, most sneakers have a arch support built into the sole of the sneaker, I have a high arch and this pushs into my orthotics and causes pain in my arch, can you recommend a sneaker/trail sneaker that has a flat sole and won't interfere with my orthotics?

When I first tried on my new inserts, I wasn't sure these were right for me. However, by slowly breaking them in as directed, I am amazed at the difference in my posture and foot comfort. Now, I love them and choose these over any other.
