Amazing and fast service, got my TCM fixed in 3 days (not including the shipping). They tell you everything they do with your part and they even send you an instruction on how to relocate the TCM and even included some zipties and a heat sink pad! I know that they are known for a fast and good service, which is why I chose them when my car got transmission issues. But I did not expect extra things that they included with my fixed part. Will go for their service again if anything happens in the future!

I found UpFix while researching ne parts for this control panel. I sent the panel on 4 November and got it back on the 12th. Installed it that night and worked as it do before. I'm very satisfied and saved over $2300 choosing this option as a fix and not replacing the whole unit.

Sent in the instrument cluster for my 2007 Hummer H2 for repair and to have LED lights installed. Got it back and was still experiencing problems a few weeks later. Contacted UpFix and they were immediately taking care of the problem. Told me to send the cluster back in to be checked. They found a couple more problems and made more repairs. They paid for shipping both ways. Got my cluster back and everything seems to be working well so far. Time will tell. GM clusters from 2000 to 2010 have a lot of issues. The cool blue LED lighting is much better than stock bulbs and is easier on the eyes compared to normal blue. Very satisfied and will use the service again in the future.

Great communication. I paid for expedited processing and the tech had the module fixed in a half a day. Shipping is the only downside, it took two weeks to get there and back (WA to GA). Overall great experience, I would use them again.

Had taken the Mazda 3 to two different mechanics who thought the control module was faulty but could not confirm. Had one estimate of $2300 to resolve the shifting issue. The repair service and videos got me running again for 20 percent of that. So happy my paid-off car can keeping running.

the customer service was great. Sent my module in for the 24 hour repair. Got it back today and installed it. Cleated the codes and no more lights on. A new module was over $1500. 00 and a rebuilt one was $ 500. 00 if you can find one. Upfix was just over $300. 00 and I still have some money left. Praise God for this place. I say thank you to all the staff at Upfix.

I bought the mazda 3 with trans trouble I put a junk yard TCM in it got 30k out of it. It went bad sent it to UPFIX they repaired it and sent it back with relocation instructions. Installed it - transmission shifts better than it EVER did. VERY PLEASED with my choice to go with UPFIX. Thank you p. s. using USPS for return shipping was like waiting on the pony express
