I can’t remember dealing with any company that has communicated as well as UpFix during the restoration of my GM instrument cluster. I very much appreciate how professionally this experience was handled. My expectations were exceeded during every phase of the repair process. We have had two ABS Module failures in vehicles. . . a 2012 VW Golf, and a 2015 Honda Pilot. For both, we decided to use UpFix after local repair shops either refused the job, or the dealers quoted us thousands in diagnostics, parts, labor, and programming of new modules. In both cases, using UpFix was fast for ordering the repair service, shipping the modules to them, completing their diagnostics and repairs (with warranties ;) ), and return to us. An added bonus was their technical support on calibrating the VW module after install! Well done, you guys!! And thanks so much for saving us thousands of dollars compared to the dealer services. I will DEFINITELY call upon you again, if we have another repair need.

My oven quit working due to some relays on the motherboard, found UpFix online and decided to give it a try. It was cheaper than buying used motherboards online risking them not working correctly. Cant say enough about this company, the turn around time was insanely fast my board was fixed and some additional items replaced on the board that are potential components to fail and my oven is working like it should again. I’d say the company went above and beyond, I’m a happy customer and I will let everyone know about upfix and will definitely continue to use upfix in the future.

My original convection oven worked great for 30 years, until some part on the motherboard broke. I was looking at having to buy a new convection oven which, these days, requires significant outlay. No one locally was able to repair it and everyone said we would have to buy a new one. While researching new ovens, I came across a reference to Upfix and decided to follow up on it. After speaking to one of their reps, I felt it was worth a chance. Well, I am beyond pleased with the result and the experience. It was fast (mail-time plus a day plus return mail-time), the people are friendly, the service is reasonably priced and it includes a warranty, and the process is just super well organized. The work is done in the U. S. and it's good for the environment. I am so happy with the results and with this business. Thank you!

i LOVE these guys. I call to update my address, and I was shocked that I didn't get a computer voice and told you are the next3 caller and then had to wait 30 minutes. This young lady was so professional, she didn't rush me she treated with RESPECT. She talked to me like I was her family. I could have talked to her all day. My part was sent on a Tuesday; I was told it would be finished the next Friday. Will did I get a shock, The part came that Wednesday way earlier than expected. I was jumping around like I had won the lottery. I couldn't wait to put it in. I been without a car for 5 months. This place is a God Sent. I truly love them. My part is PERRFECT! Service was fast. I mail it last Monday and got it back today fixed. I wish I would have known about them 5 months ago when it broke down.
