After reviewing the information and photos I sent Upfix responded with an estimate and shipping instructions. The control board needed a replacement capacitor and they also tested all of the motor circuits to confirm functionality. The working board was sent back quickly and throughout communciation was excellent.

The control board was discontinued and the step by step process to ship, test, repair and communicate was top of the line. Communication during each process of the order was very professional. The tech described what had failed and what was done to make the repairs. He also replaced some original parts to make extend the life of the control board. The board was returned quickly and professionally packaged to ensure there was no damage during shipping. Highly recommended!

I contacted UpFix to ask about repairing the instrument cluster on my 2006 Lincoln town Car. My cluster goes on and off intermittently. They assured me it was a repairable issue. In fact other repair services I had called claimed it could not be repaired. I also noticed UpFix employs IPC Certified Technicians. This is a plus for sure.
