I was told by Gaggenau that they could not/would not repair or even remove a bad control module. Hired a different electrician to remove the part and I sent it to UpFix who fixed it immediately. Electrician re-installed the control module and it works great, like new.

With the ABS module service, the part tracking and the whole experience was great. after sending in the part, they told me exactly what was found wrong and what they did to fix it. I've tried another repair service not so great. With UPfix I received my part back early and was up and running with in one hour. Thank you Upfix , E Scott

I had to repair a client's GE wall oven and after diagnosing the control board as bad, it would have to be replaced. Unfortunately, the control board is no longer made, so it had to be fixed with new board components. Upfix did an outstanding job and now my client is happier than ever.

It's been almost 3 months since I received my TCM back from Upfix. The repair was done without any issues. Since reinstall the truck is shifting better & the shifts are more consistent. The communication with the store was great & shipping was to be expected. Overall satisfied with service & product. Will definitely use them again for my electronics issues

It appeared that my original repaired display must have been damaged in transit. After installation, an area on the screen was displaying damaged pixels. When I contacted customer support they quickly worked through diagnosing the problem and issued me an RMA and shipping label. I shipped it back and they had it fixed and ready for shipping the same day they received it. Just received the repaired unit and installed it, it is working beautifully! Thanks UpFix, you guys rock! They provide nearly continuous communication about the order status and deliver on their promises. Will definitely use them again for my automotive electronic repair needs.

Have sent several components to them The customer service was great. Timely communication about my problem and part. Answered all of my questions and gave me alternatives when they were not able to fix one of them. Felt very comfortable using them and not worrying about being taken advantage of.

They did great… takes time with shipping and all but put it in and everything was right. The Tcms that are supposedly rebuilt and tested on EBay are painted up junkyard parts that are bad. Hard time getting your money back too. Thank you Upfix for the good work. Happy holidays ,merry Christmas and happy New Years

The ABS Control Module was there in 1 day using UPS Ground, the communication started immediately from UpFix stating that the part arrived, then it was being worked on, then it was repaired. It was then immediately shipped back to me. The entire process was 3 or 4 days. The part has been installed and works as expected.

I sent in my UConnect screen display from my car and after they repaired, it's now working again. The dealership wanted to charge me significantly more money to buy a new display and then more money to install it. I saved several hundred dollars by having UPFix repair the display and then installed it myself. Great communication, very quick turnaround time the moment they received my unit.
