Had to send part back in under warranty because of a defective part that caused more issues than originally prompted. But it got fixed after going in under warranty, the process was very easy, and they were super polite and helpful.

My VW touch screen was no longer working, not really helpful for carplay. . . VW told me a replacement was on indefinite backorder and if it did arrive it was $2500+ for the replacement (YIKES!) I found UpFix as my AI searche referenced them as a possible fix. Amazing, I watched a YouTube video on how to remove the stereo, and for under $500 bucks, less than a week later I had a fully functional unit reinstalled. Amazing fast work. Highly recommend - 11/10!

I emailed UPFix. com with the F4 code and what steps I took. Was told Control board issue. Print label they send me and shipped to them. I got status emails and was returned in 7 days. I finally got to my brother in law’s house and installed it, works great. It was a discontinued item and hard to find a replacement.

Our oven display board went out on our older wall-mounted double oven. This occurred right before we were to put our house up for sale, and did not need the extra expense of installing a new oven. I did an internet search to for solutions, and UpFix came up at the top of the list. I removed the part from the oven (the control board) and shipped it to UpFix. They kept me informed of the progress of the repair, including fixing the target components, re-soldering any loose joints, and replacing high-failure components, and cleaning it up. I appreciate the communication and the confirmation that the control board was tested and in working order. They promptly shipped it back when everything was complete. I re-installed the unit and it works! Happy customer here.
