Had a manufacturing fault on the Pura bottle, Ulula were fast in responding and Liz handle it promptly and professionally. Will continue to use and recommend Ulula because of the quality products backup by excellent customer service

Wonderful staff

I actually repurposed the bottle for shampoo by cutting the end off the nozzle, this allows a steady and precise pour but it does lack full closure. This has so far worked great. Hopefully Ulula can develop their own shampoo bottle using silicone and stainless steel! I'd certainly buy it.

I adore this site, the products are amazing and the shipping time rivals Amazon! You don’t feel guilty about the items your purchase as you know they are all of high quality and conscious. I also find it reasonably priced for the quality of items you receive, I know that the amount I spend now will outlast any cheaper item I buy, possibly by years. My favourite purchase from this site has been the Pura bottles as they grown from toddler spout to normal water bottles top so I can hold on to these stainless steel bottles without the fear of leaked toxins until they’re broken (which will be a lot longer than you think as they’ve been thrown a fair few times already!) and all I need to replace is the silicone spout!
