Made my order around boxing day and they sent it out super quick, unfortunately the package was delivered to the wrong address, I contacted them and they answered the phone so quick and sent me a new one.

Very disappointed to receive items packaged with polystyrene. They were soft toys, there was no need for the box to be filled with it. There was card paper in there as well, by itself it would have been sufficient. The items we selected were specifically for their eco and organic qualities. What a huge disappointment these packaging method even still exist, let alone are used by companies like yourself selling eco options to your customers.

I was really happy to find the silicone straw here. I bought the main stainless steel bottle in my home country and needed this adaption after my baby grew out of the sippy nozzle. You can snip the straw to size so it fits the bottle as needed. I’m happy my baby can have water that isn’t sitting in plastic or being drunk through plastic. Postage quick and with a lovely note. Very easy process and I’m happy!

Wonderful company

Our toddler has decided to start waking in The night so we take this bottle to bed with us full of milk it saves us going up and down the stairs in the middle of the night as it keeps the milk cold and fresh 👌

I love shopping with Ulula, it’s always a lovely experience and I love getting the leaflet with a little mention about their week at the farm and little handwritten thank you notes next to the order receipt. Everything is always well packaged and arrives very quickly! And most importantly they carry my favourite gluten free cereal hoops that are hard to find else where so thank you for being there for my family! Wish you all the best

I have bought Goats milk formula from Ulula for both of my children. They really are an outstanding company like no other. The customer service is outstanding and there is a lovely personal touch to every order. I can’t recommend them and their products highly enough.

I’m always so excited to receive my Ulula package! The baby products are consistently top quality, and each box includes an invoice and a thoughtful little gift for my baby, which I really appreciate. The baby cereals come in generous portions, and the porridges are absolutely delicious. Recently, I received a complimentary pouch of fruit purée, and it tasted much better and less acidic than the ones available on the high street. The attention to detail, like including information about the ingredients’ origins and ensuring everything is packaged so thoughtfully, clearly makes a difference. Finding a reliable source for nutritious baby food is such a relief for parents, and I’m so grateful to have found this shopping site. Ulula has truly earned my trust and appreciation!
