I have placed a few orders with this company and they have always been fulfilled quickly and the communication has been good. After placing my last order I found a different product I thought would be better. They were happy to change my order over and even suggested a third option which was a better fit. Wonderful company and staff

Bought and received two Pura steel water bottles for my daughter in an effort to step away from plastics for her long term health. Very happy with the design, quality and functionality of the bottles. My Daughter loves the colours and is able to easily drink from them (she is almost 3). I also like how you can upgrade the drinking spout as they grow. Would recommend thanks
