I bought the ultra ankle CTS brace honestly out of sheer desperation! I have been dealing with an ankle injury for 20+ years. While serving in the military I got injured and honestly it has never healed. This last time I fell I actually took a piece of bone out with the ligament. I searched high and low on the internet for a brace that was both functional as well as supportive. I called and spoke to Rick he really made me feel confident in not only the product but his extensive knowledge to help me recover! I went from non weight bearing to feeling supported and able to walk again. In my 20+ years or wearing braces and ankle supports, I have never seen a better more supportive product! I hope that more people with ankle injuries find ultra ankle! I am a customer for life! Thank you for everything!

Everything went great!

Okay I am the classic pessimistic person. I don’t buy into hype of ANYTHING. I Got these for football after coming of a high ankle sprain injury. They work. Plain and simple. They stabilize the ankle while still allowing enough motion to move while playing. You don’t feel held down or impeded by any means. They take about a week to break in

It is working ok. The only problem that I am having is trying to get my shoe on. In my opinion the plastic heal part needs a better design.

Bought this last minute and worked great! Even with sleeved soccer cleats it worked amazing!

Finding an ankle brace that is not only supportive but fits in shoes without adding bulk is so hard. Finding one that a teen will be happy with is even harder. To start, she loves the white option! She says they are comfortable. I love that they will mold to her for the best and most comfortable fit. These were purchased due to an injury so she took to PT and therapist approves so that I think brought her more peace of mind and confidence. But as a parent absolutely LOVE all the information you give, it really helped me to make a confident & educated decision. Our daughter was more open to checking them out thanks to all the athlete ambassadors sharing. Once the order was placed I ended up having to chat/email with customer support and I tell you what...AMAZING! Personal. Friendly. And most importantly patient with all my questions and Super helpful! Arrived quickly. Couldn't be more happy with this purchase! Highly recommend!

It's very stiff and is not particularly comfortable. I think this brace will take several weeks of use till it is comfortable and one can wear with some degree of fluidity. I am hopeful it will be helpful but to soon to know.

Absolutely terrible uncomfortable

These were purchased for my daughter Jadyn who is a brand ambassador. She needed new lower straps as the others were worn. We have been using ultra-ankle for over 6 years and love their products, fast shipping and quality items.

Great company with amazing customer service! The athletic trainer I spoke with was very helpful in sending replacement braces within minutes of my conversation, incredibly friendly and gave good advice for my daughter who plays volleyball. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs their products and also to get good advice on which product to purchase.

I bought replacement straps for my daughter. They work, but the issue is that the material for the top of the top strap is very stiff and sharp. It is causing cuts on the opposite lower leg if the strap slightly comes off the velcro or if the opposite leg rubs against the strap somehow. The original straps were softer and not as sharp not the top. Hoping that the straps will get softer as they get broken in or if there is a way to make them softer so the top of the strap isn't so sharp.

Great customer service

After trying several different ankle braces that would fit my ankle AND inside of my shoe comfortably. Although I was cleared from my doctor to return to volleyball, I was slightly apprehensive. The cushion and support from my Ultra Ankle Zoom brace give me the extra confidence to go all in on my game play.

I have a size twelve foot so I purchased the large. It was too big but I decided to try it out. I strapped it up tight and by halftime, the side of my foot was beginning to hurt. So I loosened it and rolled my ankle. So I used it again the next week but this time just played through the pain in my foot. When my body cooled down, the pain in my foot was to the point that I had a slight limp. Not impressed overall and will be trying a different brand.

The customer service is personal and amazing. I spoke with a representative in the phone. He was very helpful and thorough. I also spoke with the staff at a tournament booth. They were just as knowledgeable, caring and concerned. The brace has amazing support and is comfortable.

I have moderate osteoarthritis of my left ankle. Using the zoom brace provides good support so I can continue to walk and golf 18 holes with minimal ankle pain. The brace is comfortable and not as bulky as I feared. Rick was fantastic. For some reason, the shipment was delayed. He followed the shipping daily and gave me daily updates. He even offered to send me another brace if I did not receive the brace in a few days. Hard to find such great customer support these days.
