I have not received my replacement straps yet.

Great product. Top piece comes apart from rear of brace while playing sports which isn’t ideal.

Wish the straps were more secure. Keep getting undone. I have bought them twice now and still the same.

I texted a question wks ago. And still no answer from this company. You web page says to ask questions.. No answer.

Suggestion: A contrasting color for the straps (to better distinguish when the strap is sliding through the slot) would be helpful. Black on black while bending over can be tough in dimmer situations. Also, a narrowing of the straps where they are slid through the slot would permit a tighter fit which I think would provide even more relief (against possible "tourniquet effect").

doesn't seem to offer as much support as the lace-up.

As advertised, works fantastic for protection and prevention.

These braces are a must for a volleyball player. I can’t tell I how many times they have saved a sprained ankle or broken foot. Have had for a few years thru school and club and just now having to replace the straps. Appreciate having that option vs having to buy new braces

My daughter is very happy with the UltraZooms. I am very happy with the fantastic communication and customer service/support from UltraAnkle! Initially we couldn't fit the support into her Mizuno volleyball shoes, but Rick quickly sent guidance and pointed us to a video specifically for the fix.

My daughter has been using the Ultra Zoom ankle brace for 2 1/2 years. She played both club and high school so these were used 10-11 months of the year. She was hesitant to try them at first because she thought the plastic shell would be too rigid for her, but after she tried them on she loved them. We're on our 3rd set of straps for the braces, but it is nice that you can replace those items affordably rather than have to throw everything away and buy new braces.

Good solid product

Initially, the brace didn't fit quite right and caused an abrasion to form. However, the folks at Ultra Ankle were really helpful with suggestions to remedy the problem. I've been wearing the brace now with no discomfort.

No problems with site. Received braces in a reasonable amount of time. She has only worn once and said the braces were a little stiff and hurt her. She, will let me know if this continues to be a issue.

I spoke to Tom he was very knowledgeable &the information he presented is the reason I chose the ZOOM over the lace up for my granddaughter she is VERY pleased with it makes her more confident about jumping

This brace was super easy to wear the very first time I played soccer in it. Took a bit to find the right spot under my foot that felt best. Didn’t take too long to get used to. After 30 minutes I forgot I was even wearing it. I wear leather, lace up, hard ground cleats…so that helped in getting a good fit, considering I have small heels and high arches. Definitely needed a flexible but supportive shoe with laces to do that. Looking forward to many more games n practices with this!
