Excellent

Very good.

Delivered on time.

Quick postage well packaged brilliant service

Offer price good.

I used my loyalty points with my purchase. The checkout was easy to use. Quick delivery and very well packaged. Overall very satisfying

I had to contact customer support for advice about which size power bank I needed for some of my smaller models. They responded very quickly by email. Overall hornby have raised their game and up there with some of the higher spec manufacturers. Railroad level is budget friendly, the customer service is 5 star regardless of which level your buying your models. I am very happy with all the locos I have purchased and their main range is my goto product now. Using hm7000 is such a great pathway to go down the dcc route. Well done

Great

thank you the experience was great

Very good!

Great service, helpfull staff.

Usual great service from Hornby.

Very quick delivery, great!

Decent product and sent out really quickly.

Already done excellent

I’m very impressed with how smooth and “solid” this loco is. Great finish and level of detail. The loco can comfortably manage a rake of 6 coaches without any trouble. Very responsive and very little stutter at slow speeds too.
