Very disappointing. We ordered two pairs of Reebok Heelys but received only one. I emailed customer service over a week ago and received no reply, and there is no phone number to contact. These were Christmas gifts for my children, and now one of them is left without a present. Unacceptable service.

Why does the return cost money and has to go to the Netherlands? Sucks to only have two sizes available and then have them to be too small.

Have never received my order, cant even track it. Ordered it over 3 weeks ago and nothing. Contacted company and have heard nothing. Never will order from company again
