I’m from Spain. I paid for my purchase on June 14th, and the package has been stuck in France since June 18th. Today is June 29th. I have been told that an investigation has been carried out, but obviously there have been no results or solution. Furthermore, this was a gift for my daughter, and unfortunately I have no longer been able to give her the surprise because of this delay. For these reasons, I kindly ask you to cancel my order and refund the full amount paid.

Unsere Tochter liebt diese Schuhe! In den ersten Tagen wollte sie sie am liebsten gar nicht mehr ausziehen. Die Qualität ist sehr gut und sie sind auch für Anfänger leicht zu benutzen.
