Very disappointing. We ordered two pairs of Reebok Heelys but received only one. I emailed customer service over a week ago and received no reply, and there is no phone number to contact. These were Christmas gifts for my children, and now one of them is left without a present. Unacceptable service.

Why does the return cost money and has to go to the Netherlands? Sucks to only have two sizes available and then have them to be too small.
