Overall I like the shoes and the quality but it was the first time having Heelys since my childhood and I was sad to see that the wheel system was changed. I miss the system with the button that allowed you to store the wheels inside the shoe when not in use since carrying the wheels around can be a bit annoying.

No help from customer service. Took5 weeks instead of 5 days to arrive. Returning was extremely expensive and I had to pay it. NEVER MORE!
