Zero stars is my rating! I did not receive all requesting items which I paid extra for 2 day shipping. I immediately let your customer service know about this issue and did not receive any help until 12 days after I originally notified FOCO. I then was told my missing item was being shipped with 2-3 days shipping and when I received my item 5 days later it was not the correct item!!! I have again requested the correct item be shipped to me!

I ordered large but was sent an xl with the size torn off. In comparison with the med I ordered it seemed like an xl.

Shipping was good. My order didn't take long to get here.

Great product! There was a blemish which was handled by customer support. Great service.

Received after Christmas

The product I ordered had a review of 1, so bad mistake on my part. It was a small piece lego, one cracked, next pieces wouldn't hold so couldn't be put together. Would not refund because there was no way I could send the required photo of the one piece that started the entire collapse of the football. It was in a mix of so many little pieces. The communication with them was fast but many times just said "accepted. " Do not order legos.

I finally received my order made in mid December. There’s turning it and a hole in the pocket.

First, let me say how perfect this shirt is—great quality and the perfect addition to my holiday wardrobe. Shipping was impressively fast, especially during the busy holiday season. I did experience a small mix-up: I ordered the long-sleeve version but received a short sleeve. However, customer service was top-notch. They immediately shipped out a replacement with no hassle whatsoever. I’ve ordered from this company many times, and this was the first issue I’ve ever had—and it was resolved quickly and professionally. I was genuinely amazed at how fast everything arrived. I almost didn’t mention the mix-up, but I think it’s important to recognize a company that truly stands behind their products and makes things right when the occasional mishap occurs. Highly recommend!

Didn't arrive in time for Christmas

Everything was great, from purchase, to tracking, to delivery. The packaging too was great.

My previous order had a missing item. I am still waiting for customer service to respond.

I'm giving you a one star because I ordered a pair of moccasins Before Christmas hoping they would arrive for Christmas and I have still yet to receive them now I'm arguing with you people to try to get a refund for my money and still have gotten nowhere so if you had a zero I'll give you a zero
