I have 92 bobble heads in my barbershop currently. I am waiting on 21 Moore the comb by the end of the year all from your company. Every time I order a bobble head from you guys the expected ship date is 6 to 8 months out. I have no problem with that with the exception that every single time around the expected ship date I receive an email telling me that the date has been pushed out. Very disappointing. I just wish you guys could figure this out.

It's like they say, the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over. Expecting different results. Purchasing increasingly expensive bobbleheads. While every single time there is a 6+ month delay (added to the six+ months you gave yourself to send it). I'm just over foco at this point. Nothing changes.

My Clayton Kershaw LA Dodgeers 3,000 Strikeout Milestone Bobblehead was securely packaged and arrived in great condition. The detail was excellent and this piece makes a great addition to my Dodgers collection. While it was easy to place my order the wait time to receive the product needs to be improved.

My order was promised for January. It has been changed 4 times and now won’t arrive till late July. I order it July 31st 2025. I will never use foco again. One good note is their customer service team responds fairly quickly.

Shipping was fast & this the hat came in a nice big box.

You guys tie up hundreds upon hundreds of dollars of my money then cancel a pre order or is delayed in shipping. STOP putting a "ships no later than" date on your items. You guys have a 95% rate of NOT shipping your items by then. On top of it you offer nothing to consumers for their inconvenience.

Too expensive, items in stock do not ship if order includes a pre sale item…. this is ridiculous, I paid immediately, if it is in stock SHIP IT!
