Love it!! Perfectly as described!

I left an honest review about a negative experience i had with FOCOs customer service team. The review was removed by FOCO.

Prices are ridiculous you release way too many bobbleheads and you ruin this hobby for collectors for people who collect to complete. That's why so many get canceled and not to mention all the late shipping dates it is insane

I returned a defective item. FOCO is claiming the package was lost and will not refund me. They made me pay for my own return shipping, promised a gift card to reimburse me for the costs, then didn't live up to their promise so now I am out the cost of the item and the return shipping costs.

Great and fast shipping

Product is great. Delivery time is way too long.

I ordered a pair of slides and a pair of slippers. The slippers were fine but the size was wrong when it came to the slides. Upon receiving, I immediately contacted customer service but I was told I would be responsible for the cost of shipping the slides back for the exchange in size. No other apparel site I have dealt with has ever required that. I decided to keep them and sell them on eBay or Poshmark. Then, I will buy another pair from a different retailer. I gave 3 stars, instead of 1, because the order was shipped quickly and arrived earlier than I expected and they responded to my return request very fast so there were positives. It's a shame that one thing ruined all of them for me.

foco always does us right

I brought & paid for a eagles rhinestone cowboy hat, what I got was the hat but no rhinestones. Pickers & packers need to be more careful & mindful of their jobs. Pack & Send what the customer ordered & paid for please & Thanks

Shipping was pretty fast and the lunch box was perfect.
