I pre ordered a bobble head in March of 2026, I was told it would be here by June of 2026 it was supposed to be a gift and for the price I was expecting it to be here on time. I was then told September of 2026 and just got an email this morning that it would be November of 2026 “hopefully”. I have reached out to customer service multiple time and they have consistently offered me nothing to combat or fix this problem. Do not trust this company that have used my money for months all with a false promise I will get my purchase “eventually”. This is ridiculous FOCO is a scam.

The product prices are not that great, however that's not the biggest problem. Dont order from them unless you are expecting to wait MONTHS! Made a pre-order in Feb with expected delivery in June, then it was Aug now the date is mid November. And you have to reach out to customer service EVERY TIME YOU WANT UPDATES, They tell you to us the shop app (not thier website. ???) But the app doesn't really work.

5 months of waiting for something that is a horrible design. I wanted the bear. This was $30 and you can hardly read the logo. It should be $15. I think I paid $15 for a Charlie plush at the game. Just get one of those. Rip off

What a joke. They advertised a Thurman Munson bobblehead early in 2026. Supposedly a limited edition of 126. Reasonable price, so I ordered it even though I knew it wouldn’t be available until sometime in the summer. They charged my credit card immediately, which is not what reputable businesses usually do. Most businesses charge you when they ship. A week or two later, I got another ad for the same product and it suddenly was no longer limited to 126. I didn’t care. I still wanted it. In early August, I contacted them to check on the status because there’s no link on their site to check the status of your order. I was told it would ship on August 31. Second week of September, I contacted them again and was now told November. At that point, I requested a refund. Even that took forever. They said 7 to 10 business days and they maxed it out to the absolute last day possible.

Love the Brxlz stadiums. Need to bring back a lot of mlb stadiums. There is a huge community that would buy these up and put waiting for foco to release them back on their website. Camden yards, great American ballparks, Coors field, t mobile field, progressive field, target field, nationals park, Pnc park, give us more!!

The packaging was outstanding, ensuring there was little or chance of the item being damaged. And it wasn't.

I am a large collector of Yankee bobbleheads and have lost count of the number of FOCO products I’ve purchased. I enjoy the products. However, FOCO falters on service: delayed shipping, long lead times, cancelled orders, unresponsive to feedback, poor/no opportunity to talk with customer service, no loyalty program, dilution of value, etc. This is ironic given what fandom means to this company - but with FOCO, fandom and loyalty are on a one-way street
