It’s not as bright as was advertised. I would like to return it

Purchased a cowboys cowboy hat in honor of my dad. Fits amazing, great quality. Customer service responded to concerns quickly and with excellent resolutions for my issue. Issue was related to delivery and not the product itself. 10/10 would buy from this company again and will recommend them in the future!

I ordered the size of a water shoe per their size chart and they aren't sized appropriately. I wanted to exchange them for a smaller size and was told it's considered swimwear?? Really? Totally ridiculous that trying 1 on negates returning them. I am done with ordering anything else from them. The responses from them were rude.

The service you get is excellent, but I can't review the product as it's a Xmas present

Had to pay for shipping a product back that was way to big and customer service was no help they make it difficult had to fill out paperwork just to send back the item in hopes I could exchange the product but it says online there out of stock. Made me pay $20 for shipping not okay. The product size wasn’t correct when purchased.

As if 09/09/2026 I have not yet received my order that was placed on 08/18/2026 so I cannot provide a review.

4 month delay on delivery is unacceptable

Terrible service Needed this for a gift for early July. Ordered in may promised for June. Never received it. Inquired about it and got a generic response that delivery would be delayed. They moved the delivery date 2 more times. Each time I had to keep inquiring. I didn’t receive my package until the literal end of July. I was never able to gift this because my friend left the country before it arrived. Super disappointing and misleading on shipment dates. Will not be ordering again. Beware if you need this for a special occasion. All in all it took me 4 months to revive the hello kitty bag. 1/3 of the year. It’s sounds so ridiculous when put that way but it’s true. I have the receipt with the order date and ship date.
