This is one of the worst ive ever had. . 1st I received the incorrect merchandise then I didn't receive the replacement at all. . . .

Poor quality, color looks worn and faded. You can’t even see 2024 on the bottom where it says World Series Champions. Looks cheaply made and I am very disappointed with this bobble head.

Customer service was lacking

I received incorrect item. It was returned for the correct one, but I'm still waiting to hopefully receive my correct order. So disappointed and dissatisfied. Poor customer service. Poor quality control. No follow up. No contact . They received my return , but have not sent my correct item or even followed up .

I always receive correct answers in a timely manner from FOCO.

Love FOCO especially the communication. I do not like the backorder problem. It seems there is a backlog but yet I am still ordering new bobbleheads.
