It started with me noticing an entire color from the set was missing, then later discovered that about 15% of the pieces were damaged, as if they were in the oven way too long, then later discovered that a lot of pieces were missing. It was as if they just threw random pieces in there and hoped for the best. Tried getting ahold of customer service about the issue where they state a “24-48” hour response time. It’s been over a week and nothing. I can’t recommend not giving this company a dime for any of their products enough

It looks great, and the trophy, which could have been cheap and flimsy, is actually also really sturdy and nice. The dirt is really cool to have, too. Only loses a star because it got delayed several times and arrived without the dirt. But when I reached out to FoCo they did a good job of getting the dirt delivered to me separately and quickly

Never got back to me on my missing item after 2 emails sent. Football season almost over sadly.
I waited for these to go on sale because the shipping was so expensive.
Wrong size shoe sent you back to get medium size for exchange
I need to exchange my item and contacted customer service over two weeks ago. I have yet to receive a response. I reached out to them on Instagram and they told me that customer service had a backlog and they would be in touch. . I’m sure I will hear from them when I am past the 30 days eligible for returning items. I think FOCO may be a scam company. Please prove me wrong.
