I really like it but I find the cord does not stay on the hook and the plastic triangle that attaches to the carpet pad does not satay attached.

My carpets had various stains on them from renters and I tried all sorts of things to clean them. I bought this one and it removed most them. It does take a bit of time, but it’s wonderful to have them gone now. Thank you

Expected more from the H2O MOP X5 but its good for what it can do. A little awkward to handle, produces steam as advertised. Haven't discovered how to use it for sofa.

Does what it says and is sturdier than expected. Very happy with the product. The only issue I had was that one box had doubled up one of the parts and was missing a different part. I logged the issue with Thane and it was quickly and easily resolved. Received the missing part the next week.
