Min H2O mop fungerte ikke. Den ga ikke damp. Jeg kontaktet kundeservice og fikk beskjed om å sende en e-post. Så ble gjort. Svaret var at jeg måtte sende en film med beskrivelse av problemet. Filmen jeg laget var for stor fil. Jeg laget en ny tilpasset fil. Den ble sendt og mottatt med beskjed om å sende et lengre klipp. Jeg gjorde det via WE-Transfer, men den filen kunne ikke Tvins motta. Det kunne de etter at jeg hadde sendt en ny fil. Reklamasjon ble akseptert og ny mop er underveis. Dette tok utrolig lang tid og var meget omstendelig. I følge Posten Norge kommer den muligens i dag. Jeg håper den nye moppen fungerer.

I am disappointed that I have written Thane requesting information regarding an upholstery attachment and have not received any response. Also I swear the advertisement for the H2O x 5 shows it cleaning a couch. Which was a main reason to buy it. I also think the cloth attachments don’t fit or stay on very well

I would recommend this ti everyone. Very easy to use.

It worked very well for 2 mountain bikes but my hybrid is unstable in the bottom where the tire sits. Is very tippy.

One of your ads included 15 pieces. In other words everything you need for your Thane to do all the jobs it is meant too. Not only was it cheaper then the $200 I paid I will now have to pay for all the additional attachments on top of it. I found this to be rather unfair, but I suppose it is your business practice.
