I like the fact that you don't spend a lot of money on cleaning products that some people may be allergic to. Also I am elderly with arthritis in my hands and have no problem with the assembly. Time saving, money saving investment!

When I recently opened my machine, I used it on my bathroom sink that was draining slowly, and it worked!

Excellent cleaning too. Easy to do all different types of cleaning without chemicals. Refreshes the carpet. It is really an all in 1 cleaner.

The attachment pad that is use for steaming clothes, furniture is very thin and after couple of uses has begun to tear.

Confused about how to attach certain parts

It cleans well and does what it’s supposed to do however the handle seems very flimsy and like it will break even after one use. Not what I would expect for the price I paid. Not sure how long it’s going to last.

So far so good but I think the handle is a bit flimsy.
