I have noticed that I’m feeling much more centered since I’ve been using Truvaga. Sometimes I use it prior to a situation I think could be stressful and I’ve noticed how much calmer I will feel.

I use this 3x a day. Once when I wake up, once around 3pm and once again around 6/7pm. I do 20 on my right side (it's not as sensitive for some reason) and 18 on my left side. I have been pleasantly surprised at how effective it seems to be. I noticed a difference the first week. I feel calmer and have noticed a decrease in ruminating thoughts.

This is my second time ordering Truvaga. The first time using I saw noticeable difference in pain relief within the first month. By 3 months, I was feeling much better in terms of pain and fatigue relief. A couple months after finishing all the treatments, many of the symptoms returned. The level of stress I was under increased compared to the first time using. So I bought another Truvaga and have been using it for the last 4-5 weeks. I’m not noticing as much of improvement compared to the first time, but it might have to do with my stress level is much more than before. I will continue with it as my symptoms might be much worse without it.

The device is easy to use and I like how you can adjust the intensity.
