I am on my fourth week of using this product twice daily – and the difference between how I feel now and how I felt then is remarkable. I’m super glad I took the first step to start this treatment.

I was never able to connect it to my Google Pixel phone, but finally got it connected to an older Fire tablet. The customer service zoom call was so helpful and informative, the rep was so kind. I do wish it would connect to my phone, but hopefully a tech update is coming! The tablet will work for my purposes. But if you need it more on the go, know that it may not with with Google phones. Excited/hopeful to see health improvements in the coming weeks!

Customer service was extremely quick.

I have used the Truvaga + device faithfully every day, twice, and sometimes more if feeling stressed. I no longer have tight knots in the back of my neck, nor low back pain that stubbornly disrupted my daily life. I like how I get immediate feedback that I’min the right location for stimulating the vagus nerve, when I feel the gentle lip pull, and vibrations in my neck near the windpipe. It only takes two minutes, twice a day, which makes it relatively easy to find the time to do it daily. Feeling immediately less stressed, and more relaxed is a great feeling, and motivating to get it done. I’m SO glad I invested in my health, and it’s a great value to help rehabilitate my autonomic system. Worth every penny!

Shipping was faster than expected and Customer Service is Excellent! I spoke with Shannon? on the phone and she did the best she could which was offering me a 10% coupon to replace my unit that failed after a drop. I needed help with my same unit after I got really lucky and repaired and improved it myself, the unit powered on, but did not pair. Again Customer Service (email or chat, can't remember) gave the perfect solution to quickly get it paired and working again. I was doing it wrong, they were very patient with me. I am extremely happy with my experience with buying and contacting Customer Service. You have ab great team there!
