Vagal nerve stimulation is helpful for healing the long term damage of years of inadequate sleep during painful chronic illnesses. It also helps me overcome PTSD symptoms. I do not want to deal with an app as I have mindfully cut back on phone use to address these same issues. The only reason that this is NOT a 5 star review is that there should be an option to "reload" or trade in this device for another with the set number of uses. I will pay the higher price for the option to have this therapy in my hands, but this is a high quality item, and it seems wasteful to dispose of it or attempt to recycle. I would be up for a discount to trade it in. . . Hope Truvaga will consider this! Thank you for an app free option - very easy to use!

Ended my recurring ptsd symptoms on first use.

I’m so glad I did the training. Upon first receiving the Truvaga, I unknowingly was operating it incorrectly. I wasn’t feeling much of anything. After the training session I applied the divice the way the trainer instructed and I immediately felt the benefits of vegus nerve stimulation.

I am on my fourth week of using this product twice daily – and the difference between how I feel now and how I felt then is remarkable. I’m super glad I took the first step to start this treatment.

I was never able to connect it to my Google Pixel phone, but finally got it connected to an older Fire tablet. The customer service zoom call was so helpful and informative, the rep was so kind. I do wish it would connect to my phone, but hopefully a tech update is coming! The tablet will work for my purposes. But if you need it more on the go, know that it may not with with Google phones. Excited/hopeful to see health improvements in the coming weeks!

I have used the Truvaga + device faithfully every day, twice, and sometimes more if feeling stressed. I no longer have tight knots in the back of my neck, nor low back pain that stubbornly disrupted my daily life. I like how I get immediate feedback that I’min the right location for stimulating the vagus nerve, when I feel the gentle lip pull, and vibrations in my neck near the windpipe. It only takes two minutes, twice a day, which makes it relatively easy to find the time to do it daily. Feeling immediately less stressed, and more relaxed is a great feeling, and motivating to get it done. I’m SO glad I invested in my health, and it’s a great value to help rehabilitate my autonomic system. Worth every penny!
