I ordered eyebrow pomade because I received "gray" when I ordered the kit and it should of been soft brown. I ordered August 15th and it's not expected to be here until August 23. I almost ordered off Amazon bc it would of arrived in 2 days but i didn't i ordered off here.Very aggravating!

I am NOT good with makeup, very new with it. I am blonde so my eyebrows are non-existent but this makes them gorgeous! I actually got 2 colors and they both look great depending on how I am feeling :)

I do love the product but it does take practice to get it to look right, its definitely not as easy as shown in the numerous YouTube videos - that said I am getting the hang of using the set. My gripe is that after using the pomade for literally a few days the pomade collapsed into the jar like there had been an air bubble and therefore not a full jar on raising a query with customer support they replied some 24 hours later with a cheery email advising how I could refresh my pomade if it had dried out????? Clearly did not bother to read what I wrote or its an automated response. Not a great impression on customer service. Also the postage charged £6.26 for starter kit weighing about 100g even tracked is ridiculously expensive and way over the top.

This is the best brow product I've used

I was so excited knowing I would just love the brow kit that I bought and extra color and extra applicators. This was horrible all of the stencils are for huge eyebrows so was not able to use and the eye brow pomade I would call mud was caky and looked like gunk on my eye brows. I would not recommend this at all! I am not able to return it because of course I used it a few times.

The shade looked too fake. My eye brows looked weird when I applied it. Do not recommend

I gave them a 1 star and promised to update my review. I was missing an item in my order and they did take care of this issue for me. But I will recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great product that does what it says it does! I love their products and have purchased many other items from them and will continue to do so. The Brow Trio is worth every penny spent and more!

Just received my order and selected warm brown. It took me a couple of tries to determine which stencil I like best but just like that my brows took no time at all. I need a little practice but I was impressed the first try. The product actually stays on too and doesn’t smear. Highly recommend and will order again.

4.8 stars!!!! I love the product and the way my eyebrows come out. I get a lot of compliments and refer a lot of friends, coworkers and random ppl. I only gave it 4.8 stars for a few reason. The colors purchase are off. Should go a shade lighter. All thou I can still use it I wish I went a shade lighter. A picture shown below and you may not notice but during the winter and I my skin tone become lighter and its noticeable. I love the initial buy with the variety of stencil you receive in order to find your preference but I think further purchase the customer should be able to choose the stencils purchased in the bundle buys.i have a ton of stencils I don't use and i buy a 4 pack to replace my fav.

I have medium brown ash-toned hair and was recommended the taupe shade initially. I tried it and it was GREEN against my skin. I contacted customer service and they recommended medium brown but that color looked too dark so I went with soft brown and paid $5 for shipping for the new color. Soft brown looks okay.. the color is a bit flat but also too dark for me. I think it appears dark because my eyebrow hair is light and fine so it looks like my brows are painted on rather than naturally accentuated. I tried the taupe oh my roommate who is ash blonde and it looked good on her. She also has thicker and more eyebrow hair than I do so it looked more natural. I think if you have fuller brows this will work for you and look nice. If your eyebrows are fine and much lighter than your hair like mine, it may not look the best or most natural. Needless to say, I probably won’t use this often. Maybe for costume parties when I want a dramatic look that lasts all night. The product itself is great and does stay in place like it advertises- the look however I feel does not work for all people unfortunately.
