I love the products but my last order experience has resulted in losing my business. I placed an order on 2/18 and it didn't arrive until 4/5. Trio did not initiate any communication to me regarding delays. I emailed three times asking for updates and twice requested that my order be cancelled and refunded. They did not request my wishes. Shipping has always been a bit slow and I expect 2-3 weeks to receive orders. However, 7 weeks is unacceptable. I'm not sure what is going on with their business, but be up front with customers. If you can't effectively fill orders, please don't allow us to order.

I like the product but will not purchase from Trio again. Every single time I’ve placed an order (and pay for shipping) it takes 30-45 days to receive. I placed an order in February and my product shipped March 20th, now it’s March 23rd and my tracking label says it’s stuck in AZ. EVERY SINGLE TIME. It’s bad service.

I placed an order January 18th for more brow pomade and sponge applicators… it is now March 12 and I still have not received my order and have no tracking for where it is even at. Every time I reach out to the company I receive the same response.. to give them a week or two and I should receive more information. I have even tried to cancel my order and receive a refund (because yes they have already taken the money out) but again I am told it is too late. This is absolutely ridiculous and horrible customer service. I understand if orders are delayed but I have been waiting almost TWO months and NO ONE has any answers for me.

My last two orders have taken a month to ship. When I emailed the company about this, they simply state they are “backlogged” and to be patient. Do not order if you need product sooner than 6 weeks.

I ordered an eye brow kit a month ago . It has still not even been shipped . Spoke with the company and was assured my product would be sent out over a week ago but still hasn’t been shipped according to my tracking . I’m sure the product is wonderful but unfortunately I haven’t had the opportunity to try it

I’ve emailed multiple times asking someone to please contact me since I never received my order. I cannot get anyone to reply nor have I received my order.

I was so excited to try this kit, love the color, the stencils and the convenient application. BUT… just as others have commented, the pomade gets hard pressed from pouncing! I’ve tried everything to make it more useable, but no success! I only used a very short time before this started to happen, all I can get is dry, flakes! Love the idea of the product, So dissatisfied!

I have alopecia and this product completely changed the game. Not only is it easy to use, looks completely natural, it’s also affordable. In love. Thank you SO much for making me feel so confident now. Even without any other makeup on, I never leave the house without my eyebrows on

This eyebrow kit didn’t work for me and the color and product were shoddy. I asked for a refund and I was told no refunds if you’ve tried the makeup. How on earth can you know it doesn’t work if you don’t try it?? Sham Company. Don’t buy from them! Total rip-off!!
