Buyer beware - I ordered my second brow kit and other products on August 30th and as of today, 12/10 - I am still waiting for it to arrive. I have asked for the status of my order six different times, and every single time they keep pushing the shipping date back. And they won’t offer a refund since “the order has been processed”. The last time I will be buying from them.

Please do yourselves a favor and DO NOT order from this company unless you never want to receive the product. I placed an order for their brow stencil brow kit on Sept 15 and I have yet to receive this order - it’s about to be 3 months now since placing the order. I contacted customer support via email multiple times to just be told that it’ll ship at a certain date and that they cannot cancel the order once it has been placed. Fast forward to that “date” they said it’ll ship…I waited an additional week to see if it’ll ship, and still nothing! The product hasn’t even arrived at the shipping facility at this point. The customer rep just keeps saying they can’t cancel it and that when I receive the product, only then I can request a refund. How am I supposed to even request a refund if I never receive the product?? If this ever happens to you, just know that it’ll be a continuous back and forth cycle with customer support with no solution, and your money completely gone. Stay away!!

Poor, poor, poor service. Your credit card is charged immediately, but still waiting months later that are supposedly in process so they cannot credit your charge. Lots of promises, but NO DELIVERY! AVOID THIS COMPANY

I am getting the run around as I ordered products on 10/09/2024 and notification that order was shipped on 10/18/2024. Now, they are saying that order is backordered and won’t ship until 11/09/2024. I have asked to cancel order and refund and they won’t do anything! Don’t waste your time, no matter if product is good or not. Terrible customer service!

I bought a beauty trio in March and they have never sent it to me and they have never corresponded about where it went or why it didn't get to me this is a scam company and I do not think they are really giving everyone their product.

I am SO disgusted and disappointed in this company and how they handle their customers. I have sent multiple emails asking where my order is since it never shipped out. 5 days later I get an email telling me your products are on backorder and your order will ship out in WEEKS! WHY would you allow people to make a purchase with you and NOT tell them the product they’re ordering is on backorder and you will not get it for weeks? And let the customer decide if they want to wait that long for your product!!! I know this will never make it to your ACTUAL reviews. I see you ONLY pick the good ones. CANCEL MY ORDER!!

I would give this company a zero if I could. While I love their products, I am very dissatisfied with how long it has taken for an order I placed on August 2. As I write this review, it is now September 25 and I've reached out to them multiple times for the status of shipping the item I purchased. They have given me the run around each time with various excuses from shipping delays, backorders, unexpected demands, etc. They have given me 3 different expected shipping dates that have come and gone. As of today, they are saying they've caught up on the backlog and I should expect my order to be shipped on October 10, yet they have already processed the payment back in August. If the backlog has been resolved, my order would be shipped. If you're expecting an order within 10 days, I would not recommend buying from this company. Get it together Trio Beauty.

I placed an order for the eyebrow pomade in june, my CC was charged but i never received the product and they are not responding to my emails. Dont order from this company.

I made a purchase the first week in April, its now the last week in may and the product is still in transit. I even got a notice from Trio to buy more product before the first shipment ever arrived.

I’ve been given 5 different delivery dates, all of which have come and gone. Refused to complete a refund. I was told to refuse the delivery . DELIVERY NEVER CAME. The company knows the order never arrived because it has yet to ship out. At this point , this is theft,

Placed an order over two months ago. Repeatedly told my order will be shipped out. Finally, last response was because a shipping label had been crated I can not be refunded that was two weeks ago. Was told that my package would be delivered by April 18tg, yet today is the 23rd still nothing. All that’s been done is the creation of the label.

I’ve been ordering from trio beauty for years, have been completely completely satisfied. Placed and order march 11, 2023. A week goes by, no updated shipping. Reach out, told order will ship in 24 to 48 hours. A week and a half later, still no shipping. I reach out, wait a week for a response and am told the items will ship April 18, 2023. At this time, as for a refund. Who has a month to wait to have their items shipped. I am denied a refund and told to refuse shipment. I can not refuse the shipment as the mailman delivers to the mailbox. Terrible operations, terrible fulfillment , terrible customer service . I will be reaching out to my bank .

DO NOT order from this company. You will never get your correct product. I ordered from them in November and I've had to e-mail them 10 times to ask for my order and they finally sent the wrong products. I wanted to try the cloudstick trio contour kit and they kept saying to brush was backordered. I still have NOT received my order 5 MONTHS LATER. Now they've stopped responding to my e-mails. I would NEVER reccomend this companu! Poor Poor Customer Service.
