my last order was May 2025 received my order in July 2025 andTrio sent old products and has repeatedly said they were sending new products to replace and it has now been six months of me trying every month to figure out where my delivery is and they have an excuse every month why it has not been delivered, now that I’m asking for a refund they won’t respond to my emails. I would not recommend this company any longer.
This company is a fraud and will only post positive reviews. I ordered a eye brow makeup kit in June 19. And never received it. I reached out multiple times for a refund or an update and kept getting told to please be patient and are refusing to refund me. They keep telling me give it a few more weeks. I hav emailed them over 5 times. And if I could give a negative star I would. Shameful company
I placed an order in June 2025, received my order in August 2025 and when I opened the package the pomade wasnt sealed and was dried out. After sending pictures of the product and shipping package I was told in August my order would be replaced and would sent out in September, after still not receiving anything more emails have been sent and im getting told different dates now and that shipping is delayed. I've been a return customer for over 3 years and love their product, as I dont have any eyebrows. But to be told different dates with no updates on when my order will sent is very unprofessional and upsetting.
I placed an order in May 2025. By July I still hadn’t received my product. I emailed them. They kept saying they were behind due to staff shortage. By September, I still hadn’t received anything. I have requested a refund 9 times. Here it is, November of 2025…no products and no refund!! They are thieves!!
This is the second time that “back orders” was given as a reason for multi week delays. Nothing on the website suggests that you are running weeks behind in shipping products.
Purchased in JUNE NEVER RECEIVED my items now telling me mid SEPTEMBER! REFUND MY ORDER! Emails have been sent and NO RESPONSE! BUYER BEWARE!!!
I am still waiting on my blonde brow promenade that I ordered three months ago. Still have yet to recieved them. I ordered two of them. I have emailed several times and still nothing. It’s crazy. No one will help me. They have my money and I have no product. Three months now.
I have had issues with an order and keep getting the run around. Its been going on for 4 months with no resolution in sight. Very very disappointed
Have ordered a few times from Trio Beauty before and have noticed the delays in shipping out products in the past. With my lastest order, however, it’s been 3 months and I haven’t received the products I’ve paid for. Requests for a refund are also ignored. Their brow products are fine but due to availability and shipping issues, I would not recommend.
I’ve been a loyal customer of Trio Beauty for years and have always loved their products. However, my recent experience has been incredibly disappointing. I placed an order two months ago and am still waiting for it to arrive. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to customer service, I’ve received little to no helpful response—just vague updates and empty reassurances. As someone who has supported this brand for a long time, I expected better communication and accountability. Delays happen, but two months with no clear resolution or genuine effort to make things right is unacceptable. Sadly, this experience has made me reconsider my loyalty to Trio Beauty. I hope they take customer satisfaction more seriously in the future.
DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY. Still waiting on my order placed in Dec 2024, it is the end of May 2025. I have about 10 emails claiming my order will ship at the end of January, February, march , April then May, WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY OR GIVE ME MY ORDER, theft much?????
I had placed an order in January. I had been back in forth with them on the date I would receive it. I even paid extra for the shipping. It is now May and still nothing. I asked for my money back and they went silent. Be careful in purchasing from them . You might not get product or money.
I placed an order on Dec 2024 and I have not received it yet. I have been waiting 3 months now. I sent emails and they just apologize but don't solve the issue.
So over this customer service. I wait 2 months for my order for it to arrive completely dried out and this is not the first time it has happened. Customer service ignores my emails and only offers to send a replacement rather than a refund. Don’t get scammed!
I actually like their products but shipping is absolutely terrible. It is almost a month and my order has still not shipped out. They keep saying give it another week. They recently said give us till February 10. If they can’t fulfill orders then they need to stop taking orders and taking customers money.
I have been using this product for a couple of years now. I really like it and I have never had an issue with it. . . until now. I placed my last order in mid September 2024. It is now the end of January 2025 and I have yet to get my order. I have emailed with them and all they continue to do is thank me for my patience and push back my shipping date. I have asked for a manager to call me and I am still waiting for that phone call after weeks of waiting. My remaining pomade is all dried up. My sponge broke weeks ago. I have communicated all of this with them via email and they could care less. I continue to get promotional emails from them about sales or sponges being back in stock but I can't seem to get my order from over 4 months ago? What a disgrace.
Buyer beware - I ordered my second brow kit and other products on August 30th and as of today, 12/10 - I am still waiting for it to arrive. I have asked for the status of my order six different times, and every single time they keep pushing the shipping date back. And they won’t offer a refund since “the order has been processed”. The last time I will be buying from them.
Please do yourselves a favor and DO NOT order from this company unless you never want to receive the product. I placed an order for their brow stencil brow kit on Sept 15 and I have yet to receive this order - it’s about to be 3 months now since placing the order. I contacted customer support via email multiple times to just be told that it’ll ship at a certain date and that they cannot cancel the order once it has been placed. Fast forward to that “date” they said it’ll ship…I waited an additional week to see if it’ll ship, and still nothing! The product hasn’t even arrived at the shipping facility at this point. The customer rep just keeps saying they can’t cancel it and that when I receive the product, only then I can request a refund. How am I supposed to even request a refund if I never receive the product?? If this ever happens to you, just know that it’ll be a continuous back and forth cycle with customer support with no solution, and your money completely gone. Stay away!!
