Great flavor and texture! My wife actually uses these to make meat sauce and puts it over protein pasta. So I’m getting my protein even with the carb allowance.

Even when I cook for myself, I don't feel completely satisfied. Sure, I can make it taste good, but 30 minutes later, I'm nibbling on something or getting seconds. I'm not a frequent breakfast eater and only eat two Trifecta meals daily. There's something about balanced macros that makes it more than enough.
