Even when I cook for myself, I don't feel completely satisfied. Sure, I can make it taste good, but 30 minutes later, I'm nibbling on something or getting seconds. I'm not a frequent breakfast eater and only eat two Trifecta meals daily. There's something about balanced macros that makes it more than enough.

The Trifecta food option was a perfect solution as I had to live in Ohio for 2 weeks, to take care of an ailing family member, and this was such a better option than fast food. Good food and healthy!
