I really love this company for many reasons. They do not use seed oils in their recipes. The food is clean and high in protein. And there are several options to choose from. The packaging is sealed very well. My shipment has been on time every time. And my meals are always still cold and the ice packs are still frozen when it’s delivered.

Good healthy food option service but still looking for salmon to arrive

Well, at first I was upset because the delivery driver sent me a photo with it saying delivered, and the package was on the ground of a handicap parking space in front of my building, and not my door. I had to contact Trifecta to get it straightened out, and I reached out to my neighbor, whom I asked if she could immediately go locate my package. She found it and put it on my door. I think the delivery is the most important, and the drivers need to take photos of the package being delivered at the front door, not in a parking spot. However, the customer service was super helpful and very nice to deal with, so I will give them 5 stars. The meals that I have eaten so far have been delicious and full of flavor.

Love all the meals but need more variety

The order that arrived was great. My wife loves it. Last week's didn't show up. I'm not sure if you're a week behind or it was lost
