Love the healthiness of Trifecta meals: They're the only consistently low-sodium heat-and-eat meals I've found. For low-carb selections, I find almost every meal is very garlicky :( Too garlicky for me -- it's ruining my love life. If vampires take over, I'll be the first to order all the Trifecta meals. Until then, I need to limit my purchases to meals without the cauli rice or garlicky sauce. . . so: brisket burrito; dijon mustard pork; buffalo chicken bowl (spicy); beef & cheddar chili bowl (new!); creole chicken (spicy); romesco chicken. I have trouble with spicy, so that leaves me with 4 meals (if they're all available). Sometimes meals like teriyaki chicken appear as if they don't come with cauli rice, but they do, and the garlic is overwhelming :(

most things are good, some are too spicy and the shrimp dishes taste bad. Precooked shrimp doesn't taste good when reheated.
