Very well run company in my transaction

No hardware in box! Now I’m waiting for hardware!

Not satisfied opened up the box noticed that we only had half of the product spent more than 40 minutes on the phone with somebody who didn’t speak good English to find out that I will have to wait 24 hours for them to do the research and then got an email stating I won’t receive the product for another seven days. So I’m going another seven days without a desk in my office so I’m very unsatisfied.

Product was delivered damaged by carrier and was replaced by manufacturer without any issues

The table came well packaged with clear instructions on assembly. Shipping was great as we received the table in about a week.
