I would have liked to be able to return the item that I incorrectly ordered for free considering it was my 5th piece from Tribesigns. I would have immediately ordered a bookshelf that matched the color that I currently have in my TV room.

Cheap product, vague instructions, holes didn’t line up for base to table top, unusable

No Customer Service. Have not responded to any of my inquiries. The color does not match the picture whatsoever. I would suggest to not buy from this company.

Fedex dropped it in my driveway instead of on my front porch. did not get any kind of alert it was delivered so i kept waiting. had to get something from my car and noticed it and it was covered in snow

Did not like the quality and reached out to customer service about returning it. They never responded to me.

I’m having a difficult time signing back on to see when my second purchase will arrive but the first purchase was effortless, the package came quickly with no damages & overall satisfied with my first purchase.

My table was broken when I opened the box.
