Buyer beware! We reached out to their customer support with no response. Our shelf came with missing hardware that we had to substitute with some other bolts. It’ll do for the time being but for the money it wasn’t worth it.

My first shipment there were some issues with the delivery company not being able to find my address and taking over a week to deliver from their distribution center only a hour away. When it came it was damaged. Tribesigns was right on it making it right and had another on delivered in 3 days ! Great company to work with!

I loved the design and the fit - looks fabulous and price was also great! Even though it said it's a simple assembly, I did use a handyman and it took him ~2 hours, then he had to go to Home Depot to get few more screws (apparently it didn't come with enough screws). In any case, I am very happy with it overall - a great value with a very nice clean/elegant design (got it in white). It fit perfectly in my den closet. If I had more room I would get another one!

I would love to change my review, however I, like others before me, only received one of two boxes with my order. The company did right in trying to correct this and send me the other half of my desk, but now it is being held at FedEx for over a week because it is on a truck somewhere waiting to be delivered with no clear update on when I will receive this (and I cannot pick it up since it is on a truck). So, I have waited weeks for a desk for my business and I still have no desk! If it had been delivered correctly the first time, this would not have happened! So disappointing and frustrating!

I can’t get 3 of the last 4 screws in. There is scratches/white stuff on one of the side panels, in the grooves
