Again, appearance was really nice and looks high quality but the workmanship of the routed profiles and pilot holes/thru holes were not on center. Had to really work to get this simple build together. Had to cut a wood tapping block to get the fastening rod on the back of the back support to seat flush so it would slip into the routed recessed profile. Holes were not aligned well. For the price, it should have been high quality workmanship. And it was not.

The experience was a nightmare. The initial order was sending me a swing, until I noticed the error and called back. Your phone system is like a revolving door that doesn't stop. We received the bench quickly only to find the seat and side were out of level. With short time restraints, Tiffany B helped us get this rectified after the Celebration of Life event.

Mother Nature has a way of remodeling the decor in our hardscape with her extreme wind gusts and windy days. The night I placed the chairs, we were hit with 30 mph wind gusts. I was worried about what I might see the following morning, but to my surprise, the chairs were in the same spot. Excellent quality, durable, sturdy, Easy to assemble, and comfortable. We are going to purchase two more.
