We recently had our front porch redone using Trex flooring and loved it. That’s what got us wanting to try the rocking chair. We are very happy we did! They are not only beautiful to look at but also well made and extremely comfortable. Assembly was very easy. I watched the video on your website and prepared my work area and put all 3 chairs together in under an hour. Once you do the first one the others were easy to do. We are totally satisfied with our purchase because both floor and chairs are the same material. Thank you Trex for putting out such amazing products!

It came to us quickly and was packed well. The directions omitted the crossbar completely, so we had the chair half put - together before we realized that the crossbar was one of the first things that had to be done, so we had to take the chair back apart to put the crossbar in. Then we discovered that the holes where the crossbar screwed in did not line up, so we put the chair together with the crossbar just laying in the indentation, I contacted customer service, and they emailed me several times asking for pictures. I told them there was nothing to take pictures of without taking the chair apart, and even then, I don't think it would have shown anything. We are using the chair, and it is just fine. I was just disappointed that a $ 200 chair would be missing part of the directions and not have the screw holes lined up properly,
