This is my third set from Trek Furniture love the quality.

ONE END OF BOX WAS CRUSHED. IT HAD OBVIOUSLY BEEN OPENED AND RESEALED AFTER THE CRUSHING. HOWEVER THERE WAS NOTHING MISSING AND EVERYTHING WAS INTACT. NO DAMAGE. EASY ASSEMBLY. ALL GOOD.

Chair was fully assembled when shipped. That information was not clear in the description. It was confusing because the white glove service was promoted as an add on at check out
