travers is an obviously incredible resource for knowledgeable machinists. they know all the ins and outs of materials, performance and the specifics for an application. for the average citizen, a small paragraph of guidance (only in certain categories like files/ drill bits-(hss vs carbide) small etc etc’s would help in determining what to buy, (suggested use) based on application. as is, there’s nothing like it, so I'll just say I'm glad you’re here.

Order came as expected

Super fast service, had the items in less than three days.

I ordered on Feb 2 and this still hasn't shipped as of March 3. It is nice to speak to a real (or at least I believe they were real) person. I will never order from them again! No update and no real receipt. waiting to here if my refund was completed.

I haven't received my order yet. It was shipped out on 2/11. It hasn't moved since UPS picked it up. I was told that we must wait 8 days before filing a claim. That was done on 2/20. I figured my order would be re shipped, but we haven't heard anything.
