One of the items we received was grimy and filthy. Looks like a used, returned item. The other items we've received have been fine. We were surprised to receive something in this condition.

Purchased a bracket and the description online and catalog shows the color gray in industrial grade, When it arrived it was plastic and in black. Called customer service and I was told this matter would be under investigation, Its been over a week and no one has called me back to clear this matter up.

The online purchasing was/is a mess. The order was incomplete and there was no notification that the order was going to be shipped incomplete, and the invoice did not match the charges on the credit card so I have to track Travers's errors down and somehow get them to rectify it. I will save myself the agony in the future and look elsewhere.

Still have not received item. Ordered on Oct 25 and nothing. I had to reach out for reason for the delay instead of company reaching out to me, that’s just good customer service and follow through.

I had a difficult time finding out if the endmills were centercutting or not. I would have purchased more if they were clearly identified.
