Order came as expected

Super fast service, had the items in less than three days.

I haven't received my order yet. It was shipped out on 2/11. It hasn't moved since UPS picked it up. I was told that we must wait 8 days before filing a claim. That was done on 2/20. I figured my order would be re shipped, but we haven't heard anything.

Paper catalog os great and or site is much easier to use than many of your competitors, however delivery time on shipments gets to be a problem at times.

Travers Tool Company has been great. Shipping was fast. My (very fragile) purchase was well packaged and arrived in good working order. I will gladly do business with this company again.

I ordered UPS Red, Travers shipped UPS Ground. I missed my inspection due date.
