Somehow the billing and shipping addresses got swapped and my order went to a PO box. Previously I had trouble placing orders because the website saw the PO box in my billing address and would give me an error saying it could not ship to a PO box, yet here we are with my order sitting in our PO box.

I had a bad experience with my first order because the carrier damaged it. Usually, the places where I order handle these issues quickly by refunding the money and replacing the order. In this case, I had to wait around two weeks for the carrier to accept the damage before they refunded my money.
