We installed the plug and play on 02 TJ. As expected ran into a few hiccups but the system is well thought out and fit in the Jeep well. The head unit was not working properly, so I called trail 7. After one automated exchange I was directed to a LIVE person- Blair- who was very friendly, professional, and great to deal with. He solved my issue quickly and easily. I am impressed! Thank You!-

I ordered the Kicker Key 200. 4 for my 2024 Ford Bronco. After watching the videos, install was very easy. I couldn't get the amp to pass the auto tune function with the "happy noise" After several emails back and forth with the wonderful and patient Ashley, we got it all sorted out. Thanks again for going the extra mile and helping me through the process.
