I placed my order during the Christmas rush, and called after not hearing anything for some time. While on the call I found out they were slightly behind. The reason is they build as orders come in to the orders spec. I found this very refreshing knowing that my order was being built tested and shipped all in one continuous flow, not just being picked off a shelf. I did like most of us and watched all the you tube videos I could find, non of them addressed the upgraded 6. 5” knee speakers. I when ahead and installed the top of dash very smooth simple and straight forward, same with the overhead sound bar. Then came the knee speakers. I contacted Trail Seven support and spoke with Ashley who was very professional and a tremendous help after explaining my dilemma she politely placed me on Hold. When she returned she agreed there was no video, but she had a solution that had been emailed and arrived during our conversation . She explained that she had sen a PDF that hat complete instructions and which pages I could find them on. Her help combined with the provided information made a difficult Job somewhat easier. And honestly it was still a job, for the most part the ENTIRE dash gets removed to replace the knee speakers when upgrading to the 6. 5 knee speakers. In the end the speakers sound fantastic, and the support was outstanding.

Bought a speaker system for my son's Wrangler as a late Christmas present. Once I ordered it I inquired about making it in time for Christmas. Trail Seven customer service was excellent, provided the tracking number and received the package earlier than expected and in time for Christmas! I'll be looking to them when I upgrade the audio system in my Gladiator!

I love it easy to install followed the video to a T only problem Iam having now is a low humm noise coming directly from the sub when I accelerate? I checked all ground a went through the unit set up found nothing . So I will need to have the ANC anti noise canceling system the mics are picking up the extra noise and causing the backlash. sounds like I have flow master pipes on my ride but I don’t . I have the 2024 Black Diamond Bronco.
