This is my 2nd stereo from trail 7 and I have nothing but great things to say customer support Blair and Cassie were amazing. When I called to place my order they were not pushy told them my budget my expectations and they nailed it. I did the stage 6 mb quart with 8” drop in sub it’s awesome so clear and crisp! Installation for the most part was easy only hiccup was using the y adapters to hook up rear sub it was to fast in the video. Thank you trail 7

Shipping was fast, service was great. As soon as could I ordered the rest of my sound system. Excellent all around.

Impeccable

Super quality

great job!

I found this retailer through a google search looking for speaker upgrades for my wife's new Gladiator. I immediately liked the plug and play bundles as an easy DIY upgrade over the lackluster stock speakers. The package seemed to include all the things needed for install and the installation videos were top notch. I decided to purchase, not knowing anything about the store and I couldn't be happier. I made a mistake on my order, and when I contacted customer service, they were quick to respond and offered an effortless correction. My order shipped in the expected time frame and when I received it, it was well packaged with everything clearly marked with locations. The installation videos were spot on and the package is a noticeable improvement over stock. Another install question to customer service was answered timely and with the information I needed. This is not some random e-tailer that does not value their customer! I recommend highly! If I could give more that 5 stars I would!

Great service, shipping, communication and product !

Received exactly what I ordered and it was completely plug and play. No problems. ,

Great experience, well packaged and shipped faster than estimated. Great experience!

The speakers came early, were clearly marked, included all the parts and the install was just as easy as the video explained. . . Thanks!

Fast shipping, could improve on instructions sent to me, they did not match the year of my Jeep.
