TP Tools did a great job getting ahold of me after the web sale to inform me that I should probably get this lift gate service. I am glad I listened. Everything went smoothly and once again, TP Tools is #1. First class organization to say the least. The guys are also so helpful and friendly when I meet them at the shows like Hersey and Carlisle.

After starting a business and deciding to use Kirker automation paints TP tools is the dealer that ships to Tennessee I can say shipping is not a priority. You would think 3/4 gallon of paint, 2 quarts of ultra lock 1 can of activator 1can of reducer would be in1 box together. Then there is the shipping company FedEx who takes no responsibility even know you are paying them to get your products to you in a timely manner, their excuses was the items got separated in their transfer hub and the amazing thing is FedEx sent a truck out to the shop on the weekend when the driver opened the truck amazing the paint was missing. To make this shorter my company is the one who lost out, Customer pulled the car because I couldn’t meet his deadline and in closing no one stepped up to take responsibility.

Everything went well no problems.

The only thing I could say that needs improvement is shipping time because I’m waiting for some stuff and my cabinet is down because I can’t see

Had a question about bead blasting and was able to speak to someone in the US who spoke excellent English on a Saturday morning. He immediately had the answer to my question. Quality all around from a US based company.

The blast cabinet is very well made, it arrived undamaged and on time. It was nearly impossible to get it off the pallet though, without having purchased the wheel kit and bolted it on lifting one side at a time I could not have figured out how to get it off the pallet due to the weight and no lifting lugs on the cabinet. The company response to my calls was excellent and friendly advice.
