well done

Purchase and pick up couldn’t be easier.

AAA

TP Tools products may be a bit pricey, but good quality and you get them quickly

I bought some rust converter paint after a friend recommended it. It was very easy to navigate the site, plus it was on sale! Thanks TP Tools!

Everyone was friendly and helpful

Another great transaction

I ordered 3 gallons of paint and requested that they all come from the same batch. They called and said that they did not have 3 from the same batch. I told them that I needed them from the same batch, so they had them drop shipped from their supplier. I'll come back for more.

TP Tools was great to deal with, shipping vendor (XPO) didn't follow the instructions provided to them and snuck it onto the property to avoid the inspection process. I felt comfortable the whole time the compressor was being built, communication from TP Tools was top notch. In fact, TP Tools really stressed the importance of inspecting the package before the driver left and gave me lots of details on how to inspect it. The problem is that the delivery driver didn't follow any of the instructions to call me ahead of time and didn't even knock on the door to allow for the inspection to be done. Just dropped it and left it in the driveway without notifying anyone. I guess their expectation is that you will sit in your driveway 24/7 from the time you order until it is dropped off. TP Tools is 5 stars, XPO is 1. I haven't fired up the Quincy compressor yet, but it does look nice and seems to be well built.

I have bought products from tip Tools for at least 30 years probably 40 and everything I’ve ever bought works great they sell good products
