Everything was great except it could have been packed a but better… the paint was all rubbed off the receptor. . of course it’s the part that shows after installation.

Ordered hitch & wiring kit for 2024 Grand Highlander. Price was right. Tracking was sub par. Received hitch in a respectable amount of time even with poor tracking but no wiring kit. Customer service has odd hours and number often goes to voicemail. After multiple calls, I got a nice young lady that informed me the kit shipped separately and it had traveled several legs more than it should have making it arrive days after our vacation departure date and hence I could not haul everything I wanted. Suggestion would be to ship in one box rather than outsource from multiple locations and vendors.

Apparently Package was damaged during transit. . . Customer Service was very friendly and immediately replaced the hitch.

2nd Delivery way better than 1st, as the Delivery Company was more careful with handling.
