installed easy. but could not get even on both sides. may be alittle defective from the factory. about 1 inch. off at the head lights. but looks good. so it will be ok. thanks

Good job in setting up phone reservation. However i was told they would qoute me the wiring installation price when i arrived. When i dropped it off i asked to be called to give that quote. I received a call that the hitch was ready but that they didnt install or were told of the electric wiring. I would have to bring another time to get that done, not because they couldnt that day, but because no one informed the installer of the request. Please inform your locals that to get dropped off and then to go back and be taken just to pick up is in itself a pain for those helping us. to give you business. The least you can do is listen and get it done once.

I ordered a hitch and wiring harness for my 2021 Ford Ranger. I received the shipment in less than a week which was very nice. Two comments I have and the reason for four stars instead of five: I received multiple duplicate emails for each stage of the shipping and delivery process, and the hitch was shipped not in a package or box. Only packaging was tape covering the visible openings. The wiring harness arrived separately. Elsewise, all is ok thus far.

The instructions sheet has a drawing that shows you use the last holes in the frame, but you use the second hole from the end. Online support was no help, and I sent pictures, I’m happy!
